Can I cancel my orders?

While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, if you can get in touch with Customer Care (shoppocart.com) within 24 hours, we can try to cancel it, provided the print shop has not already commenced the production. If the cancellation request happens after 24 hours or if production has began already, we cannot entertain any request.

What is the cancellation fee?

A minimum cancellation fee of Rs.25 will be charged to cover the payment gateway charges. The remaining amount will be transferred after deducting this charge.

Mode of transfer of payments:

Refunds will be done through NEFT transfer which will be co-ordinated by our accounts team. The refund duration is 5-7 working days from date of cancellation. If you need any clarifications on refunds, Please email us to shoppocart@gmail.com

Can I return my Orders?

Typically, delivered orders cannot currently be returned. Of course, this does not apply in cases of transport damages for which shoppocart.com or a third-party-logistics provider can be held accountable. Please inspect all goods carefully on delivery and immediately inform our customer service (shoppocart.com) if you detect any damages or defects within 48 business hours of receiving the order. We will replace the damaged item/s in cases of transport damages for which a third-party-logistics provider or we can be held accountable. In other cases, our friendly customer service will help you handling warranty issues.

Refunds

Once we receive your email on shoppocart@gmail.com in for cancellation and refund, we will scrutinize and evaluate the transaction. After approval refund will initiate. Refund amount is calculated by deducting (internet payment charges) from your original payment.

Damage Claims or Shortages – Important Notice

  • Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 48 business hours without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt.
  • We Pay For Return Shipping
  • We will pay for return shipping only when products delivered are defective, damaged or the wrong product was received from what was ordered.

  • 7 Days Return Policy (don’t remove price tag on Product and please reuse Packing while return our product)

Note:

  • All Products are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit.
  • If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it, contact Shoppocart Online Stores Customer Care at support@shoppocart.com, and we will have the issue quickly resolved.

What if I’m not satisfied with the product?

If you are not satisfied with the product you have to raise a claim within 24 hours. You (Customer) have to return any unopened product in its original packing as you received from us (support@shoppocart.com), for a refund. The customer has to ship the product from their end within 48 hours from the receipt of the product.

If I received a damaged product?

Don’t worry, our quality team checks the product for any defects before shipping the product, in case, if you receive an item in damaged condition, then you need to email us the images of the damaged product within 24hrs to be eligible for transit insurance coverage. You may send the pictures of the damaged product at : support@shoppocart.com.

To return a product you need to follow these steps:

It’s very simple put the product in its original packaging mention your order number on a paper and insert the original invoice Seal the package properly and send the Parcel.
